Ingredients:
- 4 oz Prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
- 5 oz Hard Salami or Sopressata
- 8 oz Triple Cream Brie
- 4 oz Sharp White Cheddar
- 4 oz Goat Cheese log
- 1 tbsp Dried cranberries
- 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
- 0.5 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 0.25 cup Dried Tart Cherries
- 2 oz Dark Chocolate Bark
- 4.5 oz Artisanal Sea Salt Crackers
- 1 small Baguette, sliced and toasted
- 0.5 cup Marcona Almonds
- 0.25 cup Honey or Fig Jam
- 2 sprigs Fresh Mint
Instructions:
- Temper the cheeses by removing the Brie and Cheddar from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to assembly to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
- Place the 'anchors' first: position the Brie wheel, goat cheese log, and ramekins of honey or jam in a triangular pattern on the board to create a structural foundation.
- Create salami roses by folding slices of salami over the rim of a wine glass in overlapping layers, then pressing the glass upside down onto the board.
- Using a small heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut the sharp white cheddar into hearts. Halve the strawberries vertically and trim the tops to mimic a heart shape.
- Execute the 'S-Curve' by arranging the artisanal crackers and toasted baguette slices in a flowing river motion across the board.
- Fill the remaining gaps with clusters of raspberries, Marcona almonds, dried cherries, and dark chocolate bark, ensuring 'wet' items remain in their vessels.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprigs for color and serve immediately.
