Ingredients:

  • 12 oz summer sausage
  • 8 oz smoked kielbasa
  • 8 oz extra sharp cheddar
  • 8 oz smoked gouda
  • 4 oz brie
  • 1 cup cornichons
  • 1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted almonds
  • 2 cups assorted crackers

Instructions:

  1. Slice the summer sausage and kielbasa into uniform rounds. Cube the cheddar into 1/2-inch squares and cut the gouda into triangles. Place the brie in one corner of the board.
  2. Place ramekins of mustard and cornichons on opposite ends of the board to act as anchors and prevent moisture from reaching the crackers.
  3. Fan the sliced sausages in overlapping curves around the bowls. Nestle the cheese cubes and triangles into the gaps.
  4. Fill remaining small voids with roasted almonds and assorted crackers.
