Ingredients:
- 12 oz summer sausage
- 8 oz smoked kielbasa
- 8 oz extra sharp cheddar
- 8 oz smoked gouda
- 4 oz brie
- 1 cup cornichons
- 1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
- 1/2 cup roasted salted almonds
- 2 cups assorted crackers
Instructions:
- Slice the summer sausage and kielbasa into uniform rounds. Cube the cheddar into 1/2-inch squares and cut the gouda into triangles. Place the brie in one corner of the board.
- Place ramekins of mustard and cornichons on opposite ends of the board to act as anchors and prevent moisture from reaching the crackers.
- Fan the sliced sausages in overlapping curves around the bowls. Nestle the cheese cubes and triangles into the gaps.
- Fill remaining small voids with roasted almonds and assorted crackers.
