Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) quick oats
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) fine sea salt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine the quick oats, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon in a 8 oz glass Mason jar.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is a smooth, thick slurry and no dry clumps of oats remain at the bottom.
  3. Gently fold in half of the fresh berries.
  4. Seal the jar tightly with the lid and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  5. Give the oats a quick stir to redistribute the cream and top with the remaining fresh berries before serving.
