Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (90g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl or directly in two wide-mouth mason jars, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until the chia seeds are fully suspended and no clumps remain.
  3. Stir in the Greek yogurt until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
  4. Gently fold in the frozen mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  5. Seal the jars tightly and place them in the refrigerator for 6 hours to allow the oats to soften.
