Ingredients:
- 1 cup (90g) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup (150g) frozen mixed berries
- 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple syrup
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl or directly in two wide-mouth mason jars, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt.
- Pour in the almond milk and vanilla extract. Whisk vigorously until the chia seeds are fully suspended and no clumps remain.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
- Gently fold in the frozen mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Seal the jars tightly and place them in the refrigerator for 6 hours to allow the oats to soften.
