Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Fine Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 1 tbsp Granulated Onion
- 1 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
- Measure the 1/4 cup Fine Sea Salt into a medium mixing bowl. Note: Starting with the salt allows you to see the color change as you add spices.
- Add the 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika and 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic.
- Incorporate the 1 tbsp Granulated Onion and 1 tsp Celery Salt.
- Whisk in the 1 tsp Black Pepper and 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley.
- Stir in the 1 tsp Granulated Sugar and 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper until the color is a uniform burnt orange.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean, dry glass jar using a funnel.
- Seal the lid tightly and store in a cool, dark place like your pantry.
- Prepare your fries (frozen or fresh) according to your preferred cooking method.
- Apply the seasoning immediately after the fries come out of the heat while they are still glistening with oil.
- Toss the fries in a large bowl to ensure every surface is coated in the spice mix.
