Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Fine Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Measure the 1/4 cup Fine Sea Salt into a medium mixing bowl. Note: Starting with the salt allows you to see the color change as you add spices.
  2. Add the 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika and 1 tbsp Granulated Garlic.
  3. Incorporate the 1 tbsp Granulated Onion and 1 tsp Celery Salt.
  4. Whisk in the 1 tsp Black Pepper and 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley.
  5. Stir in the 1 tsp Granulated Sugar and 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper until the color is a uniform burnt orange.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a clean, dry glass jar using a funnel.
  7. Seal the lid tightly and store in a cool, dark place like your pantry.
  8. Prepare your fries (frozen or fresh) according to your preferred cooking method.
  9. Apply the seasoning immediately after the fries come out of the heat while they are still glistening with oil.
  10. Toss the fries in a large bowl to ensure every surface is coated in the spice mix.
