Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170 g) frozen white fish fillets (Tilapia, Cod, or Mahi Mahi)
- 3 tbsp (42 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves (6 g) garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp (2 g) dried parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the frozen fillets on the pan, ensuring they are not touching to allow hot air to circulate.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Generously brush the glaze mixture over the top and sides of each frozen fillet.
- Bake in the center rack of the oven for 15–20 minutes. For a deeper crust, turn the broiler on for the final 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven once the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
