  • 12 tall artisanal breadsticks (Grissini)
  • 24 round sea-salt crackers or pita chips
  • 24 slices Genoa or Soppressata salami
  • 12 Prosciutto di Parma slices, halved lengthwise
  • 6 oz sharp white cheddar, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 6 oz Manchego cheese, sliced into triangles
  • 12 fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 cup red or green seedless grapes, small clusters
  • 12 pitted Kalamata or Castelvetrano olives
  • 12 fresh blackberries
  • 12 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 12 bamboo knotted skewers (4-inch)

Instructions:

  1. Build the Foundation: Place 1 tablespoon of Marcona almonds into the bottom of each of the 12 cups to act as a weighted anchor.
  2. Add Structural Elements: Tuck two crackers behind the nuts against the back wall of the cup. Insert one tall breadstick vertically next to the crackers.
  3. Prepare Skewers: Using the bamboo skewers, thread one olive, one salami slice (folded into quarters), and one mozzarella pearl per skewer.
  4. Assemble the Body: Place one prepared skewer into each cup. Add a halved slice of prosciutto (folded) and the cheese portions (one cheddar cube and one Manchego triangle).
  5. Finish with Skyline Garnishes: Top each cup with a small cluster of grapes, one fresh blackberry, and a sprig of rosemary for aromatic height.
