Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough, room temperature
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
- 2 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly shaved
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup creamy ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Position a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet on the middle rack. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) for at least 30 minutes to ensure a crisp bottom crust.
- In a medium bowl, toss the shredded rotisserie chicken with 1/4 cup of the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Mix the 1/2 cup (120ml) sauce with the 2 tbsp (30g) melted butter and 1/2 tsp (1g) garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Stretch the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 14-inch circle. Spread the remaining buffalo sauce mixture thinly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Distribute the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce, followed by the buffalo-coated chicken. Slide the pizza onto the preheated stone.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling with golden spots.
- Remove from oven and immediately top with shaved red onions, blue cheese crumbles, a drizzle of ranch dressing, and fresh chives.
