Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp creamy ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 1.5 cups low-moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 red onion, thinly shaved
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Stretch 1 lb pizza dough. Work on a floured surface until it reaches about 12-14 inches until it is even in thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment lined baking sheet or a preheated pizza stone.
- Mix the base sauce. Combine 4 oz softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp ranch dressing, and 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce until completely smooth and velvety.
- In a small bowl, mix 2 cups chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo sauce until every piece is bright orange.
- Spread the mixture over the dough, leaving a 1 inch border for the crust.
- Layer the toppings. Sprinkle 1.5 cups mozzarella over the base, followed by the buffalo chicken, 1/4 red onion, and 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles.
- Season the edges. Mix 1 tbsp olive oil with 1/2 tsp garlic powder and brush it onto the exposed dough border.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Watch carefully until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Garnish and serve. Drizzle the remaining 1/4 cup buffalo sauce over the top and sprinkle with 2 sliced green onions until it looks like a restaurant masterpiece.
