Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded and divided
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
- Gently fold in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated in the spicy cream base.
- Transfer the mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish or 10-inch cast iron skillet, smoothing the top. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the surface.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top has melted into a golden-brown crust. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
