Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded and divided
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Gently fold in the shredded chicken and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated in the spicy cream base.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish or 10-inch cast iron skillet, smoothing the top. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the surface.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top has melted into a golden-brown crust. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
