Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 tsp (3g) kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 3 tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves (9g) garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (2g) paprika
- 1 tbsp (4g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure an easy cleanup. Pat the tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels to ensure the glaze clings to the fish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, and paprika. Stir until the sauce is cohesive and the paprika is fully integrated.
- Place the fillets on the prepared sheet and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spoon the lemon garlic mixture evenly over each fillet, ensuring the edges are coated.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Let the fish rest for 2 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
