Ingredients:

  • 3 (6 oz / 170g) Tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Black pepper
  • 4 tbsp (57g) Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cloves (12g) Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Paprika
  • 1 tbsp (3g) Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the tilapia fillets under cool water and pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the fillets in the baking dish and season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, and paprika until the sauce has a uniform, golden-orange hue.
  5. Spoon the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet, ensuring the edges are well-coated.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish immediately with fresh chopped parsley.
